bordered pages with alternate openings printed light brown and light
green. Brown cloth stamped black, red and gold (design resembles
quarter binding with black background, flowers red); beveled edges,
aeg. Floral endsheets. No extra leaf at rear. Similar stamping to
(Houghton Mifflin) HM7-8 (title stamps differ) and (Crowell) Cr6a;
title stamp is same as (Nims) N1a, N1b. S&EH: inscribed 1891.
