Brown has become an active firm member at Estes & Lauriat; books with his own imprint are reviewed in The Literary World 22 p. 437 (1891); the firm submitted a catalog to PTLA in 1892; books were reviewed in The Review of Reviews 6, p. 627 (1893) and an advertisement in Scribner's Magazine places the firm at 425 Exchange Building; books reviewed in The Outlook 50, part 2, p. 944 (1894) and in The Commons (1896). The 1892 catalog submitted to PTLA does not mention Lucile.
