Altemus Company, nd. 103x153mm, 361p. Lithographic half-title printed green and red; frontispiece portrait in sepia; and titlepage printed green and red. Light green cloth stamped white and silver, an oval wreath surrounding title on the front board and a larger floral design which carries across the spine (some flowers appear brown but this may be sunning) and over the rear board. Plain endsheets. Three pages of ads at rear for The Altemus Library, 41 titles offered in different bindings. BAP A12.5: inscribed Christmas 1896.
