History
The Highland Do-Better Club was a Farm Bureau-sponsored club formed in O’Brien County so area women could discuss aspects of rural, farm, and family life. Club meetings provided women an opportunity to socialize, participate in community affairs, and share common interests such as agricultural life, sewing, cooking, and gardening.
