The International Dada Archive has extensive holdings of works by and about Duchamp. These holdings include a copy of the famous "Green Box," housed in Special Collections. The Archive has microfilmed the extensive correspondence of Duchamp with Walter and Louise Arensberg housed at the Francis Bacon Foundation in Claremont, California. The Dada Archive maintains a bibliographic database of Duchamp; this is not available for public use at this time.
Number 16 (1987) of Dada/Surrealism was a special Duchamp issue, reprinted as Marcel Duchamp: Artist of the Century (Cambridge, Mass.: MIT Press, 1989). This special number includes "Marcel Duchamp: A Selective Bibliography," by Timothy Shipe (pp. 231-65). An exhibition list and updated bibliography by Timothy Shipe was published in the third edition of Arturo Schwarz's The Complete Works of Marcel Duchamp (New York: Delano Greenidge Editions, 1997). Bibliographical updates by Timothy Shipe, with the assistance of Kathryn M. Floyd, appear in the journal Etant donné Marcel Duchamp beginning with no. 5 (2003).
